• The Medical Laboratory Assistant Program curriculum requires students to take the Career and Employment Strategies course which helps students present themselves effectively to prospective employers, identify employment opportunities, and practice job interview skills.
• We guide students in crafting professional resumes and cover letters.
• The course Practicum will enable students to gain 150 hours of supervised clinical experience in a fast-paced hospital setting. Our 4-week practicum program is an unpaid position that will provide you with a wealth of knowledge to complete your 28-week program. This practicum will set students up for success in the workplace.
• Graduates gain access to our network of employers, including hospitals, private clinics, and diagnostic labs.
